摘要
为了提高现场列控中心设备故障处理和原因分析的自动化水平和效率,研发了高铁列控中心设备远程监测及智能诊断系统。软件采用B/S架构和C/S架构联合开发模式并进行分布式部署,利用专用传输通道将各站列控中心信息汇集,实现对各站点列控中心设备运行状态的远程监测;采用多源数据集成技术,实现基础数据、运维数据、历史数据等显示、存储和管理;采用BIM技术,实现设备及其运行状态的直观显示;通过大数据分析技术,对设备健康状态进行实时监测,做到故障早发现、早诊断、早处理;采用智能诊断专家系统,智能分析故障原因,指导维护人员处理故障,缩短故障延时。详细介绍了该系统的结构组成、工作原理、实现功能和关键技术,通过现场实际运用,验证了其远程监测和智能诊断功能的有效性。
In view of improving the automation level and efficiency of fault handling and cause analysis,a remote monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system of train control center equipment in high-speed railway has been developed.The system software adopts a joint development mode of B/S architecture and C/S architecture for distributed deployment,and utilizes dedicated transmission channels to gather information from the train control centers of each station,so as to realize the remote monitoring of the operation status of the train control centers equipment at each station.The multi-source data integration technology is adopted to represent,store and manage the real basic data,operation and maintenance data,historical data and so on.BIM technology is also adopted to realize visual display of equipment and operation status.Through big data analysis technology,the equipment health status is monitored in real-time to achieve early fault detection,diagnosis and processing.Moreover,the intelligent diagnosis expert system is adopted to intelligently analyze the cause of the fault and guide the maintenance personnel to deal with the fault and shorten the fault delay.This paper introduces the structure,working principle,implementation functions and key technologies of the system in detail.Through on-site practical application,its remote monitoring and intelligent diagnosis functions are verified.
