摘要
针对ZD6型转辙机在道岔闭合表示电路的过程中,动接点会瞬间发生反向动作,从静接点弹出或者接触不良,导致电路出现断路的问题,分析相关影响因素,以及反弹趋势电流与密贴力、锁闭电流之间的关系,提出了直流电机加装惰性轮的方法,通过消除惯性力彻底解决了接点反弹问题。
In response to the problem that the ZD6 switch machine will momentarily reverse the action of the moving contact during the process of indicating the circuit when the switch is closed,causing the circuit to open due to popping or poor contact from the static contact,the relevant influencing factors are analyzed,as well as the relationship between the rebound trend current and the closure force and locking current.A method of installing an inert wheel on the DC motor is proposed,which completely solves the problem of contact rebound by eliminating the inertia force.
