摘要
以无水氯化钙、硼酸、柠檬酸和氢氧化钠为原料,去离子水为溶剂采用水热法合成水合硼酸钙;并通过X-射线粉末衍射实验(XRD)、扫描电镜分析(SEM)测试手段对所制备出的水合硼酸钙材料进行表征。通过紫外-可见分光光度计测试水合硼酸钙材料对刚果红染液、亚甲基蓝染液吸附后的吸光度,通过计算,得出水合硼酸钙对刚果红染液和亚甲基蓝染液吸附的去除率。结果表明,水合硼酸钙对刚果红染液具有一定的吸附性,其吸附去除率分别达到95.41%,而对亚甲基蓝染液的吸附性能较差,实验表明纳米结构水和硼酸钙材料对刚果红染液具有一定的选择性吸附性,有望成为环境友好型的新型吸附材料。
Calcium borate hydrate was synthesized by hydrothermal method using anhydrous calcium chloride,boric acid,citric acid and sodium hydroxide as raw materials and deionized water as solvent.The prepared calcium borate hydrate material was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The absorbance of calcium borate hydrate to Congo red dye solution and methylene blue dye solution was tested by UV-visible spectrophotometer,and the removal rate of calcium borate hydrate to Congo red dye solution and methylene blue dye solution was obtained by calculation.The results show that the hydrated calcium borate of Congo red dye solution has certain adsorption,the adsorption removal rate reached 9541%,and the adsorption properties of methylene blue dye solution is poorer,experiment results show that nanometer structure water and boric acid calcium material for Congo red dye solution has selective adsorption,adsorption material is expected to be environmentally friendly.
