摘要
硅烷改性聚醚密封胶是一种性能优异的新型黏结密封材料,具有高环保性、可涂饰性、良好储存稳定性和粘接性、优异的耐候性和耐久性等特点,被广泛应用在建筑、交通、家装、航空、工业等领域。本文主要介绍了硅烷改性聚醚密封胶基胶的分子结构、固化机理,综述了硅烷改性聚醚密封胶在装配式建筑、交通、家装领域的研究现状,概括了功能化硅烷改性聚醚密封胶的研究进展,并对硅烷改性聚醚密封胶的发展前景进行展望。
Silane-modified polyether sealant is a novel adhesive sealing material.It has been widely used in construction,transportation,home decoration,aviation,industry and many other fields due to its excellent comprehensive properties,such as surface paintability,high environmental protection,good stability and adhesion,excellent durability and weather resistance.The molecular structure of silane-modified polyether sealant and curing mechanism were introduced.The research of silane-modified polyether sealant in prefabricated buildings,transportation and home decoration was summarized.Meanwhile,the research of functionalized silane-modified polyether sealant was summarized.Finally,the outlook of silane-modified polyether sealant was prospected.
