储油罐进油体积和重量的测量及不确定度评定

摘要 用量油尺测量油位高度,同时检测油温和取样检测密度,对一座保温式立体油罐在进油前后进行测量得到15℃毛标准体积和毛重并进行了不确定度评定。体积相对扩展不确定度为0.17%,满足GB/T 9110—1988《原油立式金属罐计量油量计量方法》不大于0.25%的规定。通过分析各不确定度分量对总不确定度的贡献发现,影响容量计重结果不确定度的主要因素是油罐检定证书容量示值的不确定度。 Surface heights of a Large Insulated Vertical Oil Tank before&after loading crude oil were measured by a calibrated scale,as meanwhile,oil temperature was tested and samples were taken to test density.Gross standard volume and gross weight were calculated,and their uncertainties were evaluated.The relative span uncertainty is 0.17%,comply with the requirement of no bigger than 0.25%of GB/T 9110-1988 Crude oil vertical metal tank measurement-Method of calculation of quantities.Through analysis of contributions from uncertainty resources,the uncertainty of the tank verification is the biggest resource.
