摘要
研究了利用二乙烯三胺五乙酸(DTPA)浸提法提取的浸提液,经10倍稀释条件下,用ICP-MS法测定土壤样品中Zn、Cd、Pb等3种元素有效态含量。该方法准确度为-8.96%~+6.88%,精密度为1.67%~3.86%。检出限为0.02~0.46 mg/kg。该方法可减少浸提液高盐分对仪器的损害,且测定值满足质控要求,可适用于土壤有效Zn、有效Cd、有效Pb的批量测定。
The solution extracted by diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid(DTPA)extraction of soil,after 10 times dilution,were determined by ICP-MS to detect the bioavailable form of three elements(Zn,Cd and Pb)in soil samples.The accuracy was-8.96%~+6.88%,the precision was 1.67%~3.86%,the detection limit was 0.02~0.46 mg/kg.This method can reduce the damage caused by high salinity of extraction solution,and the measured values met the quality control requirements,it can be used for batch determination of bioavailable form of Zn,Cd and Pb in soil.
