摘要
设计了超滤-反渗透-连续电除盐装置(200 L/h)处理低放射性废液,研究了影响设备连续运行的因素,对主要指标回收率、除盐率、去污系数进行了验证。结果表明,装置的回收率达到80%,除盐率达到99%,去污系数达到99.99%。对核素的去污系数可以达到10^(2)~10^(3)数量级;净化水的放射性活度浓度Σα<1 Bq/L,Σβ<10 Bq/L,满足了设计要求。
Design the device to processing low level radioactive,which used by UF+RO+CEDI method.The factors affecting operation of equipment are discussed,and the key index that includes recovery,desalination,decontamination factor,are verified.As a result,the recovery is 80%,desalination is 99%,decontamination factor is 99.99%,and the decontamination factor about nuclide is 10^(2)~10^(3),The activity levels of the liquid effluent forαnuclide isα<1 Bq/L,Σβ<10 Bq/L,which meets the design.
