基于思维导图的护理干预对急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿的影响

Effect of Mind Map-Based Nursing Intervention in Children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

目的:探讨基于思维导图的护理干预对急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿的影响。方法:选取2020年4月1日~2021年4月30日收治的102例急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各51例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组实施基于思维导图的护理干预;比较两组干预前后负性情绪[采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)]、癌因性疲乏[采用Piper疲乏修订量表(RPFS)]、心理韧性[采用Connor-Davidson韧性量表(CD-RISC)],比较两组遵医行为。结果:干预后,两组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组RPFS中认知/情绪、情感、行为/严重程度、感觉维度得分及总分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组CD-RISC中坚韧、乐观、自强维度得分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组遵医率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于思维导图的护理干预可改善急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿负性情绪与疲乏,增强患儿心理韧性,并提高遵医率,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of mind map-based nursing intervention in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Methods:A total of 102 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia admitted from April 1,2020 to April 30,2021 were selected,and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received mind map-based nursing intervention.Negative emotions by the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores,Revised Piper Fatigue Scale(RPFS)scores,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)scores and compliance behaviors between the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results:After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores were lower in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the scores for cognition/emotion,affection,behavior/severity and feelings,and the total scores in both groups were lower in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the scores for tenacity,optimism and self-improvement of CD-RISC were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Mind map-based nursing intervention can alleviate negative emotions and fatigue in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia,enhance their psychological resilience and improve the compliance rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
