基于高频次问题制作健康教育牌对眼科门诊患者就医体验及门诊护理服务质量的影响

Effect of Making Health Education Boards based on High-frequency Problems on the Experience of Ophthalmology Outpatients and the Quality of Outpatient Care Services

目的:探讨基于高频次问题制作健康教育牌对眼科门诊患者就医体验及门诊护理服务质量的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法于2022年1月1日~5月31日(研究前)和2022年6月1日~10月31日(研究后)在眼科门诊各随机选取50例就诊患者为研究对象,研究前实施常规护理,研究后实施基于高频次问题制作健康教育牌张贴于眼科门诊相关区域;比较研究前后患者就医体验和眼科门诊护士工作满意度,评估研究前后眼科门诊护理服务质量。结果:研究后,眼科门诊患者就医体验各维度评分、眼科门诊护士工作环境和工作强度满意度评分、眼科门诊护理服务质量各维度评分均高于研究前(P<0.01)。结论:基于高频次问题制作健康教育牌应用于眼科门诊,可有效改善患者就医体验,提高眼科门诊护士工作满意度和眼科门诊护理服务质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of making health education boards based on high frequency problems on the medical experience and quality of outpatient care service in ophthalmology patients.Methods:The convenience sampling was used to select randomly 50 outpatient ophthalmology patients respectively from January 1 to May 31,2022(before the study)and June 1 to December 31,2022(after the study)as the study objects.Routine care was implemented before the study,and health education boards based on high frequency problems were made and posted in related areas of the outpatient ophthalmology department after the study.The medical experience of the outpatient ophthalmology department and the job satisfaction of the outpatient ophthalmology department nurses were investigated before and after the study,and the quality of the outpatient ophthalmology care service was evaluated before and after the study.Results:After the study,the medical experience in each dimension,the satisfaction scores of outpatient ophthalmic nurses′working environment and work intensity,the scores of outpatient ophthalmic nursing service quality in each dimension were higher than those before the study(P<0.01).Conclusion:Application of making health education boards based on high frequency problems can effectively improve the medical experience of ophthalmic outpatients,improve the job satisfaction of ophthalmic outpatient nurses and improve the quality of ophthalmic out-patient nursing service.
