早期加速康复理论下个体化护理干预在心房颤动行冷冻球囊消融术患者中的应用

Effect of Individualized Nursing Interventionunder the Theory of Early Accelerated Rehabilitation in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation Undergoing Cryoballoon Ablation

目的:探讨早期加速康复理论下个体化护理干预在心房颤动冷冻球囊消融术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月1日~2021年12月31日收治的102例心房颤动患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各51例,两组均行冷冻球囊消融术治疗,对照组实施常规康复护理,实验组实施早期加速康复理论下个体化护理干预;比较两组干预前后自我效能、运动耐力[包括静息心率、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、心率收缩压乘积(RPP)、6分钟步行试验(6MWD)]。结果:干预后,实验组一般自我效能、达成结果、完成自我管理、应对问题评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组静息心率、PaCO_(2)、RPP、6MWD均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将早期加速康复理论下个体化护理干预应用于心房颤动行冷冻消融术患者中,可改善自我护理效能、运动承受能力。

Objective:To explore the application effect of individualized nursing intervention in patients with atrial fibrillation after cryoballoon ablation under the theory of early accelerated rehabilitation.Methods:A total of 102 patients with atrial fibrillation admitted between January 1,2019 to December 31,2021 were selected as the research subjects and were by the random number table method divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 51 cases in each group,both groups were treated with cryoballoonablation,the control group adopted routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the experimental group adopted individualized rehabilitation nursing intervention under the theory of early accelerated rehabilitation.Comparison was made between the two groups before and after intervention on self-efficacy,exercise endurance including resting heart rate,CO_(2)partial pressure(PaCO_(2)),heart rate,systolic blood pressure product(RPP),6 minutes walking distance(6MWD).Results:After intervention,the scores of general self-efficacy,achieving results,completing self-management,and coping with problems were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The resting heart rate,PaCO_(2),RPP,and 6MWD were better in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of individualized nursing intervention under the theory of early accelerated rehabilitation in patients with atrial fibrillation treated with cryoablation can improve their self-care efficiency and motion tolerance threshold.
