环状RNA在狼疮肾炎患者中的研究进展

Research progress of circular RNA in lupus nephritis

环状RNA(circRNA)是一类内源性的长链非编码环状RNA分子,其通过竞争内源性RNA特异性结合miRNA,参与基因组转录及转录后水平的调节,进而影响多种疾病的发病。近来研究表明,狼疮肾炎患者的发病及进展受到circRNA差异表达的影响。本文阐述了circRNA在狼疮肾炎患者中呈现的异常表达,同时参与其致病的具体机制,以分析其潜在的应用价值。

Circular RNA is a type of endogenous long-chain non-coding circular RNA molecule that participates in the regulation at genome transcriptional and post-transcriptional level regulation,competes with endogenous RNA to specifically bind miRNA,and participates in the pathogenesis of many diseases.Recent studies have shown that the incidence and progression of patients with lupus nephritis are affected by the differential expression of circRNA.This review article describes the abnormal expression of circRNA in patients with lupus nephritis and the specific mechanism involved in its pathogenesis to analyze its potential application value.
