摘要
B型胰岛素抵抗综合征(TBIRS)是一种由胰岛素受体抗体(INSRAB)所介导的自身免疫性血糖异常综合征,常伴发于系统性红斑狼疮(SLE),在临床工作中易漏诊、误诊。现本文对SLE合并TBIRS的研究进展进行回顾分析,提高对该疾病的认识。
Type B insulin resistance syndrome(TBIRS)is an autoimmune dysglycemia syndrome mediated by Antiinsulin receptor antibody(INSRAB).It is often associated with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).It is easy to be missed and misdiagnosed in clinical work.This article reviews and analyzes the research progress of SLE complicated with TBIRS to improve the understanding of this disease.
