腋臭的发病机制及治疗进展

Clinical research and treatment advance of axillary osmidrosis

腋臭作为一种常见的具有遗传倾向的皮肤病,对健康无明显危害,但腋窝散发出的异味常影响患者生活质量和社会交往。目前,腋臭的发病原因及相关机制尚未完全明了,治疗方式虽多,但尚未有一种完全令人满意的方案。对此,本文就其产生机制和现有治疗方法进行综述,以期为其发病机制的进一步探究和治疗方法的改进提供一定的参考。

As a common inherited metabolic skin disease,axillary osmidrosis(AO)has no obvious health hazard.However,the disgusting smell from armpits often impedes the quality of patient's of life and the normal conduct of social interactions.At present,the pathogenesis of AO are not completely clear.Though there are many treatment methods,a thoroughly satisfactory solution has not been found yet.In this regard,this paper reviews the generation mechanism and existing treatment methods of AO,hoping to provide some reference value for further exploration of its pathogenesis and proposal of improved treatments.
