妊娠晚期HPV感染对阴道微生态及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of HPV infection in the third trimester on vaginal microecology and pregnancy outcom

目的探究妊娠晚期人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染对阴道微生态及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取150妊娠晚期孕妇,根据是否发生HPV感染分为研究组(发生HPV感染,75例)、对照组(未发生HPV感染,75例);根据阴道微生态环境将研究组分为正常组(30例)、失调组(45例)。比较各项指标。结果研究组阴道pH>4.5、阴道菌群密集度及多样性Ⅰ~Ⅱ级、早产、产褥感染、产后出血、胎膜早破、绒毛膜羊膜炎的患者占比高于对照组;失调组早产、产褥感染、产后出血、胎膜早破、绒毛膜羊膜炎患者占比高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠晚期发生HPV感染可导致阴道微生态失衡,增加不良妊娠结局风险。

Objective To explore the effects of human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in the third trimester of pregnancy on vaginal microecology and pregnancy outcome.Methods 150 pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy were selected,and divided into the study group(HPV infection,75 cases)and the control group(no HPV infection,75 cases)according to whether HPV infection occurred;the study group was divided into the normal group(30 cases)and the abnormal group(45 cases)according to vaginal microecological evaluation.The indicators were compared.Results The proportion of patients with pH>4.5,concentration and diversity of vaginal fl oraⅠ~Ⅱ,preterm delivery,puerperal infection,postpartum hemorrhage,premature rupture of membranes and chorionic amnitis in the study group were higher than that in the control group.The proportion of premature delivery,puerperal infection,postpartum hemorrhage,premature rupture of membranes and chorionic amnitis in the disorder group was higher than that in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HPV infection in the third trimester of pregnancy can lead to vaginal microecological imbalance and increase the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
