子宫内膜异位症的药物治疗现状

Current status of drug therapy for endometriosis

子宫内膜异位症是妇科常见疾病,同时也是难治性疾病。通常其异位病灶出现生长、浸润、反复出血,从而导致痛经、盆腔、性交痛、不孕等一系列临床症状,严重影响女性的生活质量。临床中针对该病多采用手术和(或)药物治疗。本文主要阐述目前子宫内膜异位症的临床常用药物及有研发前景的药物使用现状。

Endometriosis is a common gynecological disease,but also refractory disease.Usually its ectopic lesions appear growth,infiltration,repeated bleeding,resulting in a series of clinical symptoms such as dysmenorrhea,pelvic pain,coital pain,infertility,seriously aff ect the quality of life of women.In clinic,surgery and/or drugs are often used to treat the disease.This article mainly describes the current clinical use situation of common endometriosis drugs and the current development of promising drugs.
