来曲唑联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床效果

Clinical effect of letrozole combined with ethinyleestradiol cyproterone tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility

目的分析来曲唑联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者的临床疗效。方法选取120例PCOS不孕症患者,并通过随机数字表法进行分组,分别为对照组(60例,采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗)、研究组(60例,采用来曲唑联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗)。对比两组各项观察指标。结果研究组治疗后临床总有效率、随访3个月妊娠率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组血清雌二醇、睾酮、促黄体生成素水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论来曲唑联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗PCOS不孕症可调节患者激素水平,提高妊娠率,疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of letrozole combined with ethinyleestradiol cyproterone tablets in the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 120 infertility patients with PCOS were selected and divided into the control group(60 cases,treated with ethinyleestradiol cyproterone tablets)and the study group(60 cases,treated with letrozole combined with ethinyleestradiol cyproterone tablets)according to the random number table method.The two groups were compared with each observation index.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the pregnancy rate at 3 months follow-up was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,serum levels of estradiol,testosterone and luteinizing hormone in both groups decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Letrozole combined with ethinyleestradiol cyproterone tablets in the treatment of infertility patients with PCOS can adjust the hormone level,improve the pregnancy rate,the effect is significant.
