中医定向透药治疗仪在子宫下段剖宫产术后预防腹胀的应用价值

Application value of traditional Chinese medicine directional drug penetration therapeutic instrument in preventing abdominal distension after cesarean section in lower uterus

目的探讨子宫下段剖宫产术后预防腹胀中使用中医定向透药治疗仪的价值。方法选取本院收治的150例接受子宫下段剖宫产的孕妇作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各75例,对照组采用常规干预,研究组采用中医定向透药治疗仪进行干预治疗。对比两组临床指标,治疗后疗效,治疗前后自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)与睡眠状况自评量表(SSRS)。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组;研究组各项时间指标均短于对照组;与治疗前比,治疗后两组ESCA、SSRS评分均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论中医定向透药治疗仪能够有效提高子宫下段剖宫产术后患者的康复效果,缩短其术后恢复时间,减轻腹胀,且可改善其自我护理能力以及睡眠状况,应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the application value of preventing abdominal distension after cesarean section in lower uterus and developing traditional Chinese medicine directional drug penetration therapeutic instrument.Methods 150 cases of cesarean section in the lower uterus were selected as the research object,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention,while the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy instrument.The clinical index,curative effect after treatment,exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)and self-rating sleep status scale(SSRS)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group.All the time indexes in the study group were shorter than those in the control group.Compared with before treatment,the scores of ESCA and SSRS in both groups increased after treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine directional drug penetration therapeutic instrument can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients after cesarean section in lower uterus,shorten their postoperative recovery time,reduce abdominal distension,and improve the self-care ability and sleep status,which is of high application value.
