慢性宫颈炎合并糖尿病患者应用连贯性护理健康教育的效果分析

Effect analysis of continuous nursing health education for patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with diabetes

目的探讨慢性宫颈炎合并糖尿病患者应用连贯性护理健康教育的临床效果。方法选取80例慢性宫颈炎合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取连贯性护理健康教育。两组护理时间均为2周。比较两组患者护理后生活质量评分、血糖指标、满意度、知识知晓率。结果护理后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组;观察组知识知晓率高于对照组;观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组;观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性宫颈炎合并糖尿病患者使用连贯性护理健康教育能够改善血糖水平,提高生活质量及护理满意度,提升知识知晓率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuous nursing health education for patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with diabetes.Methods 80 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with diabetes in our hospital were selected as research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases each by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received continuous nursing health education.The nursing duration of both groups was 2 weeks.The quality of life score,blood glucose index,satisfaction and knowledge awareness rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the quality of life score of observation group was higher than control group.The knowledge awareness rate of observation group was higher than that of control group;Fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of continuous nursing health education can improve blood glucose level,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,and knowledge level in patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with diabetes.
