辅助生殖专科护理对患者周期内自我管理及自我效能的影响

Effects of assisted reproductive nursing on patients'self-management within the cycle and self-efficacy

目的分析辅助生殖专科护理对患者周期内自我管理及自我效能的影响。方法选取110例不孕症患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(55例,常规护理)与观察组(55例,辅助生殖专科护理),统计对比患者各项指标。结果观察组门诊候诊时间与门诊评估所需时间短于对照组;与护理前比,护理后两组患者的周期自我管理评分与自我效能感评分升高,且观察组高于对照组;观察组患者总就诊依从性与总护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不孕症患者以辅助生殖专科护理进行护理能够有效缩短门诊时间,并增强自我管理能力,提高自我效能感,提高就诊依从性以及护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effects of assisted reproductive nursing on patients’self-management within the cycle and self-efficacy.Methods A total of 110 infertility patients were selected and divided into the control group(55 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(55 cases,assisted reproduction specialized nursing)by random number table method,and various indicators of patients were compared.Results The waiting time and evaluation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.Compared with before nursing,after nursing,the cycle self-management score and self-efficacy score increaseds of two groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group;The total visit compliance and total nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Assisted reproductive nursing for infertility patients can effectively shorten the time of outpatient service,enhance self-management ability,improve self-efficacy,improve medical compliance and nursing satisfaction.
