“健康杭州”战略下基于物联网技术打造数字化智慧医疗的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Building Digital Smart Healthcare Based on Internet of Things Technology Under the"Healthy Hangzhou"Strategy

物联网技术是数字化医疗领域建设依托的重要技术之一。在“健康中国”的背景下,通过物联网技术开展杭州市智慧医疗的建设,有利于为更多的患者提供优质、高效、便捷的服务。本文通过实地调研医疗机构、文献研究等方法,在论述现存不足的基础上,从落实远程“智慧”医疗、改善病区“智慧”护理、规范物品“智慧”管理、开展居家“智慧”养老、推进慢病“智慧”监测的角度提出具体对策,从制定政策机制、建设人才队伍、加强宣传力度、落实技术支撑、深化隐私安全提出具体建议。

Internet of Things is one of the most important technologies for the construction of digital medical field.Under the background of"Healthy China",the construction of smart healthcare in Hangzhou through the Internet of Things technology is conducive to providing high-quality,efficient and convenient services for more patients.By means of field survey of medical institutions,literature research and other methods,on the basis of clarifying the existing shortcomings,this paper proposes specific countermeasures from the perspectives of implementing remote"smart"medical treatment,improving"smart"nursing in wards,standardising"smart"management of goods,carrying out"smart"elderly care at home,and promoting"smart"monitoring of chronic diseases.Specific suggestions are put forward from formulating policy mechanism,building talent team,strengthening publicity,implementing technical support and deepening privacy security.
