中药调配临方炮制对临床治疗效果的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation on Clinical Treatment Effect

目的研究中药调配临方炮制对临床治疗效果的影响。方法选取2020年5月-2021年5月在我院采用中药治疗的58例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各组29例。对照组采用常规中药给药方法治疗,观察组给予中药调配临方炮制后给予治疗,比较两组临床治疗疗效、不良反应发生率、住院时间、住院费用、治疗满意度以及临床用药不良事件发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的82.76%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10.34%,低于对照组的24.14%(P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度为93.10%,高于对照组的82.76%(P<0.05);观察组用药不良事件发生率为6.90%,低于对照组的17.24%(P<0.05)。结论中药调配临方炮制可提高临床治疗效果,降低临床不良反应,缩短患者住院时间,降低住院费用,减轻患者经济负担,提高临床治疗满意度,预防临床用药不良事件发生率。

Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine preparation on clinical treatment.Methods A total of 58 patients who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 29 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Chinese medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine after processing.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses,treatment satisfaction and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.55%,which was higher than 82.76%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.34%,which was lower than 24.14%in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 93.10%,which was higher than 82.76%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug events in the observation group was 6.90%,which was lower than 17.24%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine preparation can improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce the clinical adverse reactions,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the hospitalization cost,reduce the economic burden of patients,improve the satisfaction of clinical treatment,and prevent the incidence of adverse events of clinical medication.
