来曲唑联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的有效性及安全性分析

Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Letrozole Combined with Clomifene Citrate in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的研究来曲唑(LE)联合克罗米芬(CC)治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效及安全性。方法纳入2020年1月-2022年1月佳木斯市中心医院妇科收治的60例PCOS患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),对照组给予CC治疗,观察组给予LE联合CC治疗,比较两组临床疗效、性激素水平[雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)]、子宫内膜厚度、卵泡数目及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后E_(2)、FSH、LH水平低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度、卵泡数目均小于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论LE联合CC治疗PCOS的疗效良好,可改善患者性激素水平,降低子宫内膜厚度及卵泡数量,且不增加不良反应。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of letrozole(LE)combined with clomifene citrate(CC)in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,60 patients with PCOS admitted to the Department of Gynecology of Jiamusi Central Hospital were included and divided into control group(30 patients)and observation group(30 patients)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with CC,and the observation group was treated with LE combined with CC.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels[estradiol(E_(2)),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)],endometrial thickness,follicle number and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 76.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of E_(2),FSH and LH in the observation group were lower than those before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness and the number of follicles in the observation group were less than those before treatment and in the control group.(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion LE combined with CC is effective in the treatment of PCOS,which can improve the level of sex hormones,reduce the thickness of endometrium and the number of follicles,and do not increase adverse reactions.
