康复新液对种植体周围炎临床效果及牙槽骨吸收的影像学比较分析

Clinical effect of Kangfuxin Solution on peri-implant inflammation and imaging comparative analysis of alveolar bone absorption

目的观察康复新液对种植体周围炎(PI)的临床效果,分析其应用于PI中牙槽骨吸收的影像学情况。方法选取2021年6月至2022年4月丰城市中医院口腔种植门诊收治的60例PI患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)、试验组(30例)。对照组患者利用生理盐水对种植体周围冲洗,试验组患者基于对照组利用康复新液进行冲洗,治疗12周。于治疗前、治疗12周,比较两组患者的牙周指数[菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)]、牙槽骨吸收的影像学情况、龈沟液中炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、金属基质蛋白酶-8(MMP-8)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)]。结果两组患者治疗12周的PLI、SBI评分及PD均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且试验组患者治疗12周的PLI、SBI评分及PD均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗12周的近中、远中牙槽骨吸收量均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗12周的近中、远中牙槽骨吸收量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗12周的龈沟液IL-6、MMP-8、IL-1β水平均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗12周的龈沟液IL-6、MMP-8、IL-1β水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液应用于PI患者的效果确切,可改善患者的牙周指数,改善近远中牙槽骨吸收情况,减轻龈沟液炎症反应。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Solution on peri-implant inflammation(PI)and analyze the imaging of alveolar bone absorption in PI.Methods A total of 60 patients with PI who were admitted to the Oral Implant Clinic of Fengcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the test group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group used physiological saline to wash around the implant.Based on this,the test group used Kangfuxin Solution to wash the implant for 12 weeks.Before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment,the periodontal index(plaque index[PLI],gingival sulcus bleeding index[SBI],periodontal probing depth[PD]),the imaging of alveolar bone resorption,and inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid(interleukin-6[IL-6],metalloproteinase-8[MMP-8],interleukin-1β[IL-1β])were compared between the two groups.Results The PLI,SBI scores and PD of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The PLI,SBI scores and PD of the test group were lower than those of the control group after 12 weeks of treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,mesial and distal alveolar bone absorption in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mesial and distal alveolar bone absorption of the test group were lower than those of the control group at 12 weeks,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of IL-6,MMP-8 and IL-1βin gingival crevicular fluid in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of IL-6,MMP-8 and IL-1βin gingival crevicular fluid of test group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin Solution is effective in the treatment of PI patients,which can improve the periodontal index of patients,improve the absorption of proximal and distal alveolar bone,and reduce the inflammatory reaction of gingival crevicular fluid.
