摘要
风电机组的有害振动会造成结构的损伤和断裂等,容易造成停机减产甚至重大财产损失,因此有必要对风电机组开展全面的振动监测.目前,机舱内齿轮箱和发电机等部件的高频振动监测技术已较为成熟,但随着风机的大型化发展,叶片和塔筒等柔性结构的失效风险逐渐增大.文章主要以大型风电机组的叶片和塔筒为研究对象,对这些柔性结构的振动监测技术进行分析、总结和展望.
The harmful vibration of wind turbines can cause structural damage and fracture,which is easy to cause shutdown,production reduction and even major property losses.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out comprehensive vibration monitoring for wind turbines.At present,the high-frequency vibration monitoring technology of gearbox,generator and other components in the engine room has been relatively mature,but with the development of large-scale fans,the failure risk of flexible structures such as blades and towers is gradually increasing.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes,summarizes and prospects the vibration monitoring technology of these flexible structures for the blades and towers of large wind turbines.
