摘要
新时期,随着智能电网建设步伐的加快,电力系统设备规模逐渐扩大,整体负荷较以往有所增加,使得电网运行存在着诸多风险隐患.文章以电网中配电设备的运维管理作为落脚点,构建了配网风险评估体系,重点关注自然、设备与人为风险对设备造成的实际影响,在此基础上,确认了合理的评估指标权重,并建立了风险评估模型,对运维管理中电网故障等级进行划分,提出有效的解决方案.通过对风险与故障的科学管理,以及管理周期与具体措施的调整,使配电设备的运行安全性得到保障.
In the new era,with the accelerated pace of smart grid construction,the scale of power system equipment has expanded,and the overall load has increased compared with the past,which makes the power grid operation have potential risks.Taking the operation and maintenance management of power distribution equipment in the power grid as the foothold,the article first constructs a distribution network risk assessment system,focusing on the actual impact of natural,equipment and human risks on equipment.On this basis,it confirms the reasonable weight of assessment indicators,and then establishes a risk assessment model to classify the power grid fault level in the operation and maintenance management,and puts forward effective solutions.Through the scientific management of risks and failures,as well asthe adjustment of management cycle and specific measures,the operation safety of distribution equipment is guaranteed.
