性别决定区域Y盒蛋白6(SOX6)属于SOXD亚族的成员,广泛参与间充质组织分化、中枢神经系统发育和促进红细胞生成等重要的生长发育过程。近年来,越来越多的研究发现SOX6在不同恶性肿瘤中发挥着重要作用,并与肿瘤的侵袭和预后密切相关。本文就SOX6在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。

The sex-determining region Y box protein 6(SOX6)is a member of the SOXD subfamily and is widely involved in important growth and developmental processes such as mesenchymal tissue differentiation,central nervous system development,and promotion of erythropoiesis.In recent years,more and more studies have found that SOX6 plays an important role in different malignancies and is closely related to tumor invasion and prognosis.This article reviews the research status of SOX6 in malignant tumors.
