外环境蛲虫卵检测时间与蛲虫反复感染的关系

摘要 目的:探讨蛲虫卵在外环境中的有效检测时间与蛲虫反复感染的关系。方法:以透明胶纸肛拭法采集幼儿园儿童肛周的蛲虫卵,分别置于4℃、秋季室温、夏季室温的环境中保存,同时记录相应的室内湿度,观察记录蛲虫卵的形态变化。结果:4℃冰箱内密封保存30 d、夏季室温密封保存1 d、秋季室温密封保存2 d,蛲虫卵胚蚴的形态发生轻微改变但不影响观察结果。结论:新鲜的蛲虫卵标本密封置于4℃环境中,1个月内进行检测仍能保持较好的观察效果,临床上可据此合理安排检测时间。结合相关文献,提示湿度高的季节可对室内空气进行降湿处理,从而减少蛲虫反复感染的发生。 Objective:To explore the relationship between pinworm repeated infection and the effective detection time of pinworm eggs in outer environment.Methods:Cellophane paper anal swabs were used to collect pinworm eggs around the anus of kindergarten children.Pinworm eggs were stored in an environment of 4℃,room temperature in autumn and summer,respectively.At the same time,corresponding room humidity was recorded to observe and record the morphological changes of pinworm eggs.Results:After being preserved sealed in a refrigerator at 4℃for 30 days,preserved at room temperature for 1 day in summer and for 2 days in autumn,the morphological changes of pinworm oembryonary metacercaria will be slight but will not affect the observation results.Conclusion:Fresh pinworm egg specimens sealed in 4℃environment can still maintain good observation effect after 1 month of testing.Therefore,the testing time can be arranged rationally in clinical practice.Combined with relevant literature,it is suggested that indoor air humidification treatment can be carried out in high humidity se ason,so as to reduce the occurrence of pinworm repeated infect ion.
