陈四清运用“清湿热,化瘀热”疗法治疗自身免疫性肝炎的临证经验

Clinical experience of Chen Siqing’s treatment of autoimmune hepatitis wi th the therapy of“clearing dampness-heat and removing blood-stasis heat”

自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)是近年来临床常见的疾病之一,现代医学对其发病机制尚不明确,治疗效果往往不佳。中医对于AIH的治疗有显著的优势。陈四清老师在国医大师周仲瑛临证经验基础上,结合多年临床经验,提出“清湿热,化瘀热”的治疗法则,其自拟的凉血退黄汤对AIH具有显著的疗效。本文主要是总结陈四清教授治疗AIH的临证经验。

Autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)is one of the common clinical diseases in recent years.The pathogenesis of AIH is not clear in modern medicine,and the treatment effect is often poor.TCM has significant advantages in the treatment of AIH.On the basis of clinical experience of Chinese doctor Zhou Zhongying and years of clinical experience,teacher Chen Siqing put forward the treatment rule of“clearing dampness-heat and removing blood-stasis heat”,and his self-designed Liangxue Tuihuang Decoction has significant curative effect on AIH.This article mainly summarizes the clin ical experience of Professor Chen Siqing in treating AIH.
