摘要 蛋氨酸是畜禽的一种必需氨基酸,在动物体内可参与蛋白质合成,同时作为重要的甲基供体参与修饰组蛋白、DNA和RNA的甲基化,通过氨丙基转移途径合成多胺调控胎儿生长发育,通过硫基转移途径参与抗氧化物质生成发挥抗氧化作用,对动物生长发育和繁殖性能具有重要意义。本文就蛋氨酸结构特点与功能、蛋氨酸及其代谢产物的代谢途径及对动物繁殖性能的影响进行综述,旨在为畜禽生产中蛋氨酸的合理利用提供理论参考。 Methionine is an essential amino acid for livestock and poultry,which can be involved in protein synthesis in animals,and as an important methyl donor to modify the methylation of histones,DNA and RNA.Meanwhile,methionine can also regulate fetal growth and development by synthesizing polyamines through the aminopropyl transfer pathway.In addition,methionine can play an antioxidant role by participating in the production of antioxidant substances through the sulfur transfer pathway.Therefore,methionine is important for animal growth and development and reproductive performance.This paper reviews the structural characteristics and functions of methionine,the metabolic pathways of methionine and its metabolites and their effects on animal reproductive performance,with the aim of providing theoretical references for the rational use of methionine in livestock and poultry production.
