菌群代谢物氧化三甲胺调控畜禽脂肪沉积的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 氧化三甲胺(TMAO)是肠道菌群衍生代谢物。胆碱、肉碱和甜菜碱经肠道菌群代谢生成三甲胺(TMA)以及氧化三甲胺(TMAO),在畜禽肌肉生长和脂肪沉积调控中发挥重要作用。本文主要综述TMAO生成与肠道菌群之间的关系,探究TMAO影响脂肪沉积的作用机制,以及胆碱、肉碱和甜菜碱对畜禽脂质代谢的影响,为TMAO及其营养前体在畜禽生产上的应用提供参考。 Trimethylamine oxide(TMAO)is a kind of microbiota-derived metabolite.Through intestinal flora metabolism,trimethylamine(TMA)and trimethylamine oxide(TMAO)are generated from choline,carnitine,and bataine,which play an important role in skeletal muscle development and fat deposition in livestock and poultry.This review summarizes the relationship between the generation of TMAO and intestinal microbiota,explores the mechanism of TMAO affecting fat deposition,and effects of choline,carnitine and betaine metabolism on lipid metabolism in livestock and poultry,thus providing a reference for the application of TMAO and its nutrient precursors in livestock and poultry production.
