乡村治理的文化路径探索——以公益“乡村文化管家”人才培养为例

该文是在党的二十大报告中“中国式现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化”的大背景下,从文旅融合发展、乡村振兴的角度开展思考,分析新时期“乡村文化管家”的能力培养,开展乡村治理的文化路径探索,以此促进浙江共同富裕示范区的高质量发展建设。具体来说,就是提升乡村基层群众文明程度和综合素质,激发大家共建文明、富裕、和谐的乡村家园,为加快打造共同富裕示范区夯实最深厚、最广泛的基础。

In the context of"Chinese-style modernization is the modernization of the common prosperity of all the people"in the report of the 20th CPC National Congress,this paper thinks from the perspective of the integrated development of culture and tourism and the revitalization of the countryside,and analyzes the ability training of the"rural cultural housekeeper"in the new period.To explore the cultural path of rural governance,so as to promote the high-quality development and construction of Zhejiang common prosperity demonstration area.Specifically,it is to enhance the civilization and comprehensive quality of the rural grass-roots people,inspire everyone to build a civilized,rich and harmonious rural home,and consolidate the deepest and most extensive foundation for speeding up the construction of a common prosperity demonstration zone.
