“躺平”现象是在社会经济结构转型、温室家庭教育机制、内卷背景下应运而生的,反映了当代部分青年一系列独特的心理表征,是当代青年面临困境的表现。通过对“躺平”现象表现、出现原因的分析,找到其化解之道,让“躺平青年”成为“有为青年”。

The phenomenon of“lying flat”emerges under the background of socio-economic structural transformation,spoilt family education and involution.It reflects a series of unique psychological representations and represents the way that part of youth confronted with difficult.Through analysis of the manifestation and causes of the phenomenon,this paper seeks to find out a way to solve the problem and encourage the“lying flat youth”to become the“promising youth”.
