In recent years,thanks to the acceleration of China’s urban transportation infrastructure construction,the urban rail transit has been vigorously developed in the planning,investment,design,construction,operation,management and other aspects.While the intelligent level of rail transit equipment is constantly improving,the traditional equipment procurement ideas and strategies are no longer able to meet the needs of the high-quality development of urban rail transit in the future.This requires us to explore a set of better procurement strategy,which conforms to the government procurement bidding management method,on the basis of the analysis of the subway intelligent vehicle process equipment procurement process,so that we can meet the need of the future intelligent urban rail transit development.
