摘要
高职院校实施工学结合人才培养模式是国家一贯倡导的。通过界定“工学结合”人才培养模式的概念,分析实施工学结合人才培养模式的依据,并针对数字媒体技术专业实施“工学结合”人才培养模式存在的一些问题,提出相应的对策建议。
It has been advocated by the state that higher vocational colleges should implement the talent training mode of combining work with study.By defining the concept of the“combination of work and learning”talent training mode,this paper analyzes the basis for implementing the“combination of work and learning”talent training mode,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in view of some problems existing in the implementation of the“combination of work and learning”talent training mode for the digital media technology specialty.
