徵调音乐对心肌缺血大鼠心室血流动力学的影响

摘要 目的探究徵调音乐对异丙肾上腺素(isoproterenol,ISO)所致的心肌缺血大鼠心电图及血流动力学的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、正常+音乐组、模型组和模型+音乐组。模型组:于双下肢一次性多点皮下注射ISO(40 mg/kg)制备心肌缺血模型。模型+音乐组:于首日晚19时麻醉大鼠后开始播放徵调音乐,当音乐播放到第25 min时,于双下肢一次性多点皮下注射ISO(40 mg/kg),继续播放音乐至次日早7时。正常组和正常+音乐组在双下肢一次性多点皮下注射与模型组同等剂量的生理盐水,正常+音乐组与模型+音乐组的音乐播放时间一致。注射ISO(或生理盐水)12 h后,观察并记录SD大鼠的T/R波振幅比以及血流动力学参数的变化。结果与模型组比较,模型+音乐组的T/R波振幅比[(1.06±0.33)vs(0.64±0.11),P<0.05]显著减小,左心室收缩压(Left ventricular systolic pressure,LVSP)[(102.83±8.44)vs(125.23±9.51),P<0.01]明显升高,左心室内压最大上升速率(The maximum ascending rat in left ventricular pressure,+dp/dtmax)[(6434.87±1114.12)vs(9720.15±2085.67),P<0.01]显著升高,左心室内压最大下降速率(The maximum descending rat in left ventricular pressure,-dp/dtmax)[(-6249.09±523.63)vs(-7079.78±632.41),P<0.05]明显降低,左心室舒张压(Left ventricular diastolic pressure,LVDP)[(1.96±2.12)vs(-0.23±1.23),P>0.05]无明显改变。结论徵调音乐通过减小心电图T/R波振幅比、调节血流动力学参数来改善缺血心肌收缩舒张功能。 Objective To study the protective effect of Zhi tune music on electrocardiogram and hemodynamics in myocardial ischemia model rats induced by isoproterenol.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,normal+music group,model group and model+music group.Model group:The myocardial ischemia model was prepared by subcutaneous injection of ISO(40 mg/kg)in both lower limbs.Model+music group:After the rats were anesthetized at 19:00 on the first day,the music was played.When the music was played to the 25th minute,ISO(40 mg/kg)was injected subcutaneously into the lower limbs at one time,and the music was continued until 7:00 on the next day.The normal group and the normal+music group were injected subcutaneously with the same dose of normal saline as the model group.The music playing time of the normal+music group and the model+music group was consistent.After 12 h of injection of ISO(or normal saline),the changes of T/R wave amplitude ratio and hemodynamic parameters of SD rats were observed and recorded.Results Compared with the model group,the amplitude ratio of T/R wave in the model+music group[(1.06±0.33)vs(0.64±0.11),P<0.05]decreased significantly.Left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP)[(102.83±8.44)vs(125.23±9.51),P<0.01]and the maximum ascending rat in left ventricular pressure(+dp/dtmax)[(6434.87±1114.12)vs(9720.15±2085.67),P<0.01]were significantly increased.The maximum descending rat in left ventricular pressure(-dp/dtmax)[(-6249.09±523.63)vs(-7079.78±632.41),P<0.05]decreased significantly.There was no significant change in left ventricular diastolic pressure(LVDP)[(1.96±2.12)vs(-0.23±1.23),P>0.05].Conclusion Zhi tune music attenuates myocardial ischemia by decreasing T/R amplitude ratio and improving hemodynamic parameters.
