基于CiteSpace探讨有限元分析法在股骨中的应用研究

摘要 目的运用CiteSpace软件对2012年至2022年有限元分析法研究股骨的相关文献进行可视化分析,阐述此领域的发展趋势、热点和现状。方法过Web of science数据库搜集国外2012年1月至2022年12月期间与股骨有限元分析相关的文献,运用CiteSpace V 6.1 R1分别从发文量、作者、国家、机构、关键词及共被引期刊六个维度来进行可视化分析并行相关讨论。结果有限元分析法在股骨应用领域中发现,年发文量呈波动上升趋势,上涨幅度较为平稳,作者Keaveny TM的发文量最高,尤其在骨质疏松方面的研究建树颇高。美国在该领域最具权威性,其发文量及中心性均排在第一位,美国及加拿大机构影响力最大,中国机构与国际最高水平仍有较大差距。有限元模型、有限元分析法、股骨近端、髋关节置换、应力分布是此领域的研究热点。共被引期刊的频次及中心性分别来自荷兰的J BIOMECH和英国的INT J NUMER METH BIO,不过美国期刊在该领域前五中占比最高达到60%。结论有限元分析法在股骨中的应用备受关注,其热度久高不下,由于内固定物的不断更新换代及新术式的提出,对内固定物及股骨的力学分析是当前乃至今后的研究热点。 Objective The purpose of this paper is to visually analyze the relevant literature of femur research from 2012 to 2022,and explain the development trend,hot spots and current status of this field.Methods Documents related to femur FE analysis were collected through Web of science database from January 2012 to January 2022,and CiteSpace V 6.1 R1 was used to conduct visual analysis and parallel related discussion from six dimensions:publication volume,author,country,institution,keywords and total cited journals.Results In the field of the application of finite element analysis in femur,we found that the annual number of articles fluctuated and increased,and the increase was relatively stable,and the author of the highest number of articles is Keaveny TM,has made great achievements in osteoporosis research especially.The United States is the most authoritative in this field,ranking first in terms of the number of publications and centrality,and American and Canadian institutions are the most influential,while Chinese institutions still lag far behind the highest international level.Finite element model,finite element analysis,proximal femur,hip joint replacement and stress distribution are the research hotspots in this field.The biggest frequency and centrality of co-cited journals were from J BIOMECH in the Netherlands and INT J NUMER METH BIO in the UK,respectively.However,American journals accounted for 60%of the top five in this field.Conclusion The application of finite element analysis in femur has attracted much attention,and its popularity has been high for a long time.Due to the continuous updating of internal fixators and the proposal of new surgical methods,the mechanical analysis of internal fixators and femur is a research hotspot at present and even in the future.
