民族体育资源开发中的价值缺失及其治理对策

The Lack of Value in the Exploitation of National Sports Resources and its Governance Countermeasures

基于民族体育独特的民族文化性、异文化体验、动态性和时代感等特点,民族体育的资源开发成为当前民族文化产业发展中的亮点之一,随之而来的科学价值取向对于这一亮点的实现至关重要。运用文献资料法、实地调查和访谈法等研究方法对民族体育资源开发中的价值缺失及其治理对策进行研究。研究表明,民族体育资源开发中的价值缺失主要表现在文化价值上盲目篡改民族体育仪式和内容、情感价值上缺乏民族体育的乡土情怀、社会价值上忽视民族体育的社会参与和审美价值上缺乏民族体育的个性化审美;其缺失原因为“过度娱乐化”的肤浅认知、过度的“经济理性”、社会力量参与的缺失和创新思维的缺乏;民族体育资源开发中价值缺失的治理对策是进行准确的文化定位、筑牢民族体育的集体意识、扩大社会力量参与的力度、坚持创新意识和加强相关制度建设等。

Based on the unique national culture,different culture experience,dynamic characteristics and the sense of the Times,the exploitation of national sports resources has become the highlight in the current development of national culture industry,so the following scientific value choice is very important for the realization of this problem.By using the methods of Literature Review,field investigation and interview,this paper studies the lack of value in the exploitation of national sports resources and its countermeasures.It shows that the lack of value in the exploitation of national sports resources is mainly manifested in the blind alteration of national sports ceremonies and contents,the lack of local feelings of national sports,the neglect of social participation of national sports and the lack of individualized aesthetic appreciation of national sports The reasons for its absence are superficial cognition of“Excessive entertainment”,excessive“Economic rationality”,lack of social participation and lack of innovative thinking.The countermeasures are to carry out accurate cultural orientation,strengthen the construction of relevant systems,enlarge the participation of social forces,persist in the sense of innovation and strengthen the construction of relevant systems.
