我国冰雪产业与经济社会发展的灰色关联分析

Correlation Analysis Between Chinese Ice-snow Industry and Economic and Social Development

本文基于产业关联理论,构建我国冰雪产业与经济社会发展的灰色关联模型,探析2013—2020年我国冰雪产业与经济社会发展的关联关系。研究表明:我国冰雪产业与经济社会发展之间以产品与劳务、生产技术、劳动就业、投资等为纽带产生关联关系;冰雪产业与数字经济产业规模、每万人口高价值发明专利的拥有量、全社会研发经费投入等创新驱动要素指标具有非常强的关联性,关联度依次为0.8150、0.7855、0.7375;冰雪产业与国内生产总值、人均可支配收入等指标同样具有较强的关联性,关联度依次为0.7280、0.7276;冰雪产业与绿色生态和安全保障等要素指标的关联系数呈现曲线波动趋势,先后出现2016、2019年两个波动峰值。基于此,提出强化创新驱动,提升冰雪产业核心竞争力;协调人与自然和谐共生,着力推动冰雪产业高质量发展;实施有效市场和有为政府的双重驱动,充分发挥冰雪产业在经济社会发展中的积极作用等建议,以期提升冰雪产业与经济社会发展的关联性,促进冰雪产业融入经济社会发展之中。

Based on the theory of industrial relevance,the paper was aimed to investigate the relationship between ice-snow industry and economic-social development in China from 2013 to 2020 by constructing grey correlation model.The results show that ice-snow industry and economic-social development are related with products and services,production technology,labor employment,investment.The relationship between ice-snow industry and innovation is very high.The correlation between ice-snow industry and GDP or Per capita disposable income is high,which showing a fluctuating upward trend from 2013 to 2019.And the relationship between the ice-snow industry and green ecology and security elements shows a curved fluctuation trend,with two fluctuation peaks in 2016 and 2019.As a consequence,following suggests are proposed.First,we should strengthen the drive of innovation.Second,we should consider ecological protection in industrial development.Third,we should enhance the competitiveness of the ice-snow industry through innovation.Fourth,we should building Efficient Markets and Promising Governments.
