农田地区埋地输气管道三维温度场数值模拟分析

摘要 农田穿越段埋地天然气管道输送温度较高时,会引起管道周围土壤温度场的大幅变化,进而造成农田土壤温度、水分、养分等因素发生变化。通过Fluent模拟计算天然气管道输送过程中土壤中的温度情况,采用单一变量法研究各因素对管道周围环境温度场的影响程度,并分别根据各季节不同土壤梯度温度编写UDF进行了研究。把不同情况下的生根层处最高温度与管道里程的关系进行了经验公式和规律总结,可以为实际工况提供控制出站温度和添加保温层的理论基础,为已建或新建管道提供建设和维护依据。 When the temperature of buried natural gas pipeline in the crossing section of farmland is high,the soil temperature field around the pipeline will change greatly,and then the soil temperature,moisture,nutrients and other factors will change.In this paper,the temperature in the soil in the process of natural gas pipeline transportation was calculated by Fluent simulation,and the influence of each factor on the ambient temperature field around the pipeline was studied by using single variable method,and the UDF was prepared according to the temperature gradient of different soil in different seasons.The empirical formula and rule of the relationship between the maximum temperature at the root layer and pipeline mileage under different conditions were summarized,which can provide the theoretical basis for controlling the outbound temperature and adding insulation layer in actual working conditions,provide the basis for the construction and maintenance of existing or new pipelines.
