摘要
为研究过渡层(TA1纯钛)对于铝/钢复合板爆炸焊接的影响,以爆炸焊接理论为基础,在ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件中分别对1060Al/Q235与1060Al/TA1/Q235复合板爆炸焊接进行数值仿真,并对两组模型的位移变化、速度变化、压力变化以及界面波形进行对比分析。研究表明,在布药厚度为4.0 cm的条件下,添加TA1过渡层,能够有效地降低覆板碰撞压力与碰撞速度,使不易结合的金属1060Al与Q235变得容易结合,使基板与覆板更加平稳的结合,并且能够获得较好的爆炸焊接界面波形。
In order to study the effect of the transition layer(TA1 pure titanium)on the explosive welding of aluminum/steel composite plate,based on the explosion welding theory,the explosive welding of 1060Al/Q235 and 1060Al/TA1/Q235 composite plate was simulated in ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,and the displacement changes,velocity changes,pressure changes and interface waveforms of the two sets of models were compared and analyzed.The results show that under the condition that the thickness of the cloth is 4.0cm,the addition of TA1 transition layer can effectively reduce the collision pressure and collision speed of the cladding,make the metal 1060Al and Q235,which are not easy to bind,make the substrate and the cladding more smoothly combined,and obtain a better explosive welding interface waveform.
