Summary of Injection Mould Design for Plastic Gear

塑料齿轮因比强度高、易加工成型、运行平稳、噪声小、成本低等优点,得到广泛的使用,在很多领域逐渐代替金属齿轮使用。注塑是塑料齿轮成型最常用的方法,模具是注塑成型关键装备,模具的质量直接影响齿轮塑件的质量。就目前塑料齿轮常用材料、制品产生的翘曲变形解决方法、模具结构等方面进行了综述。

Plastic gears are widely used because of their high strength,easy processing and moulding,smooth running,low noise,low cost and other advantages,and are gradually replacing metal gears in many fields.Injection molding is the most commonly used method of plastic gear molding.The mould is the key equipment of injection molding.The quality of the mould directly affects the quality of gear plastic parts.In this paper,the common materials of plastic gear,the solution of warping deformation and mould structure are reviewed.
