摘要
介绍了6缸4气门的柴油机气缸盖铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺,利用MAGMA数值模拟软件对铸件充型过程的温度变化、卷气情况、充型速度、凝固过程、缩孔判据及应力进行了分析,认为该铸造工艺设计合理,可以使铁液快速充型且充型平稳,充型卷气湍流小,铸型排气顺畅,铸件浇注温度差相对均衡,铸件整体变形较小,补缩充分,易获得良好的铸件质量。结合熔化工艺和低应力开箱工艺,探索出了一种高强度低应力蠕墨铸铁气缸盖铸造工艺方法,经生产验证,铸件的各项性能均符合技术要求。
The structure and technical requirements of a 6-cylinderand 4 valves diesel engine cylinder head were introduced,its production technology was described in detail.The temperature change,air-involving,mold filling speed,solidification process,shrinkage criterion and stress were analyzed by using MAGMA numerical simulation software,and it was considered that the casting method was reasonably designed,it could make the iron liquid filling fast and smooth,the air-involving turbulence was small,the mold exhaust was smooth,the pouring temperature difference was relatively balanced,the overall deformation of the casting was small,the contraction-feeding was sufficient,and it was easy to obtain good casting quality.Combined with the melting process and the low-stress knockout process,a casting method of vermicular graphite iron cylinder head was explored.After the production verification,all properties of the casting met the technical requirements.
