摘要
结合铸件结构和兰佩制芯中心特点,围绕铸件质量、制芯效率和再生成本3个方面对废砂再生项目充分策划,确立开发原则、实现路径、工艺方案和再生方法。详细阐述了热法再生工艺的开发、应用及控制过程,针对试验调试中出现砂粒表面颜色均匀性差、酸耗值高、粉尘大、砂芯局部疏松及吹胺时间长等问题进行逐一分析,制定相应措施,对再生设备进行工艺整改,使其满足铸件质量和制芯设备要求。研究了原砂和再生砂对冷芯树脂砂抗拉强度和流动性的影响,探索再生砂与原砂最佳使用比例。最后指出,虽然再生砂比原砂成本偏高,但废砂再生循环利用可以减少废砂排放,避免污染环境,降低材料和能源的消耗。
Combined with the casting structure and the characteristics of Lampe core making center,the waste sand regeneration project was fully planned around the three aspects of casting quality,core making efficiency and regeneration cost,and the development principle,realization path,process scheme and regeneration method were established.The development of the thermal regeneration process,application and control process was described in detail.In view of the problems such as poor sand surface color uniformity,high acid consumption value,large dust,sand core local loose and long amine blowing time in the test were analyzed one by one,formulate corresponding measures to rectify the process of regeneration equipment to meet the requirements of casting quality and core making equipment.The influence of raw sand and reclaimed sand on the tensile strength and fluidity of cold core resin sand were studied,and the optimal use ratio of recycled sand and raw sand was explored.Finally,it was pointed out that although the cost of recycled sand was higher than that of original sand,the recycling of waste sand could reduce the emission of waste sand,avoid environmental pollution,and reduce the consumption of materials and energy.
