三维扫描技术在铸铁件毛坯检验中的应用

摘要 介绍了三维扫描仪在铸件尺寸检验,壁厚以及形位公差检验等工作中的应用。详细阐述了三维扫描仪的技术优势:(1)从形位公差方面综合判断生产和存放等环节出现的应力变形;(2)扫描完成的数字化模型可以在计算机上实现壁厚检测以及其他主要尺寸的检测,对于偏芯及其量化数值,还可通过在剖切平面上对壁厚尺寸进行检测;(3)对于大批量铸件的检测,在首个扫描件检测完毕后,自动为下一个扫描件在相同位置进行检测并生成报告,加快了大批量铸件的检测速度,为现代化批量生产提供了极大的便利。 The application of 3D scanner in casting size inspection,wall thickness and geometric tolerance inspection was introduced.The technical advantages of the 3D scanner was described in detail:(1)Comprehensively judge the stress deformation in production and storage from the aspect of shape and position tolerance.(2)The scan-completed digital model could detect the wall thickness and other main dimensions on the computer.For the core deviation and its quantified value,the wall thickness could also be detected on the dissected plane.(3)For the detection of large batch of castings,after the first scanned piece was tested,the next scanned piece would be automatically detected in the same position and the report would be generated,which accelerates the detection speed of large batch of castings and provides great convenience for modern mass production.
