脾胃培源方联合瑞巴派特治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎增效作用及机制研究

Study on the synergistic eff ect and mechanism of Piweipeiyuan formula combined with Rebamipide in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的探讨脾胃培源方对瑞巴派特治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的增效作用及机制。方法纳入76例慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱证患者,按纳入者意愿分为观察组与对照组。对照组予瑞巴派特治疗,观察组加用脾胃培源方治疗,总疗程3个月。记录并比较2组治疗前后胃黏膜病理积分、中医证候积分、氧化应激指标及血清生长因子水平的变化;比较2组疗效。结果完成入组患者临床资料的收集及血清学指标分析。治疗后2组胃黏膜病理病理积分、中医证候积分均下降(P<0.05);2组SOD、NO、VEGF水平升高,EGF、MDA水平降低;观察组疗效更好(P<0.05)。结论脾胃培源方对瑞巴派特治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有增效作用,考虑可能与延缓机体应激反应、改善胃黏膜血流及促进黏膜生长修复等相关。

Objective To explore the synergistic effect and mechanism of Piweipeiyuan formula combined with Rebamipide in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods 76 CAG patients with spleen and stomach weakness were enrolled and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the wishes of the patients.The control group was treated with Rebamipide,and the observation group was treated with Piweipeiyuan formula on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The total treatment period was 3 months.The changes of the pathological score of gastric mucosa,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,oxidative stress index and serum growth factor level were recorded and compared between 2 groups before and after treatment The curative eff ects of 2 groups were compared.Results Clinical data of enrolled patients were collected and serological indicators were analyzed.After treatment,the pathological score of gastric mucosa and TCM syndrome score of patients in 2 groups decreased(P<0.05).The levels of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO)and vascular endothlial growth factor(VEGF)in 2 groups were increased,while the levels of epidermal growth factor(EGF)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were decreased.The observation group had better effi cacy(P<0.05).Conclusion Piweipeiyuan Decoction combined with Rebamipide has synergistic eff ect in the treatment of CAG,which may be related to delaying the stress response of the body.improving the blood fl ow of gastric mucosa and promoting the growth andrepair of mucosa.
