摘要
本文采用有限元分析中的流固耦合方法研究了线性压缩机吸气阀片的结构参数对压力损失、阀片位移及阀片所受应力的影响。研究表明,阀片厚度、阀片固定孔直径及内边缘圆弧半径分别增加0.12、0.8和0.6 mm,压比损失分别增加3.12%、5.6%和4.4%,最大位移分别减少93.1%、11%和16.8%,阀片所受最大应力分别减少79.9%、4.6%和13.65%。
The influence of the structural parameters of the suction valve of the linear compressor on the pressure loss,valve displacement and the stress on the valve is studied by the fluid-structure coupling method in finite element analysis.The results show that the thickness of the suction valve,the diameter of the fixed hole of the suction valve and the radius of the inner edge arc are increased by 0.12 mm,0.8 mm,and 0.6 mm,respectively.The pressure ratio loss is increased by 3.12%,5.6%,and 4.4%respectively.The maximum displacement is decreased by 93.1%,11%,16.8%,respectively.The maximum stress on the suction valve is reduced by 79.9%,4.6%,13.65%respectively.
