After the MPDS system was launched,the dispatcher became the first responder in the pre-hospital first aid chain.The level of his own quality and ability directly affects the patient's life safety and prognosis quality,and is also related to the quality and efficiency of pre-hospital first aid.This article expounds the changes and existing problems of dispatching work under the application of MPDS system,analyzes the qualities and abilities that new medical dispatchers should have,including professional quality,sense of responsibility,psychological quality and application ability of emergency plan,and summarizes the corresponding training suggestions to provide basis for the training of dispatching talents.
