重型脑外伤患者接受改良外伤大骨瓣手术治疗的效果观察

Effect of surgical treatment in patients with severe brain trauma

目的:探讨重型脑外伤患者采用改良外伤大骨瓣手术治疗的效果。方法:选取72例重型脑外伤患者,按照治疗方法的不同将全部患者分成两组,将接受常规大骨瓣手术治疗的36例患者设为对照组,将另外接受改良外伤大骨瓣手术治疗的36例患者设为研究组,对两组治疗效果进行观察比较。结果:与对照组相比,研究组患者的治疗总有效率显著提高(P<0.05),而病死率则显著降低(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的CGS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者治疗后的CGS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组患者的术后不良反应明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:在对重型脑外伤患者进行治疗时,选择改良外伤大骨瓣手术治疗能显著改善患者预后及GCS评分,而且术后不良反应明显减少。

Objective:To analyze and observe the effect of modified large bone valve in patients with severe brain trauma.Method:72 cases of severe brain trauma patients admitted to our hospital were selected,and divided into two groups according to the different treatment method,including 36 patients conventional bone surgery treated as a control group,and 36 patients undergoing modified trauma surgery as a study group.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The study group was significantly higher(P<0.05),while the mortality rate was significantly lower(P<0.05).The CGS score between the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05);the CGS score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).postoperative adverse effects were significantly reduced in the study group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:When treating patients with severe TBI,choosing the modified surgical treatment can significantly improve the patient prognosis,GCS score,and significantly reduce the postoperative complications.
