肱骨近端骨折术后应用人性化理念下整体护理的效果

Effect of holistic nursing care under humanistic concept after operation ofproximal humerus fracture

目的:探讨肱骨近端骨折术后应用人性化理念下整体护理的效果。方法:随机将医院收治的90例拟行手术治疗的肱骨近端骨折患者分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用人性化理念下整体护理,比较两组住院时间、骨折愈合时间、护理满意度,护理前后肩关节功能恢复情况、疼痛情况,以及术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者的住院时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后6个月,两组患者的上述肩关节活动度均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肱骨近端骨折术后患者应用人性化理念下整体护理可以缩短患者恢复时间,减轻患者术后疼痛,促进患者肩关节功能恢复,提高护理满意度,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing care of patients with proximal humerus fracture after operation.Methods:a total of 90 patients with proximal humerus fractures in the hospital were randomly divided into control group and Observation Group,with 45 in each.All the patients were followed up for 6 months.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,while the patients in the observation group were given holistic nursing care under humanistic concept.Results:the time of hospitalization and fracture healing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the satisfaction degree of nursing in the Observation Group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of nursing,the range of motion of shoulder joint in both groups was higher than that before nursing,and the range of motion in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of humanistic holistic nursing can shorten the recovery time of patients with proximal humerus fracture,reduce postoperative pain and promote the recovery of shoulder joint function,which has clinical application value.
