摘要
目的:分析情境体验教学在临床急重症护理带教中的运用价值。方法:选取某院实习的68名护生按随机数字表法分为对比组(34名,传统带教模式)、研究组(34名,情境体验教学模式),比较两组出科考试成绩、护生综合能力、实习效果考核结果以及护生带教满意度。结果:研究组护生理论知识、技能操作评分均较对比组更高(P<0.05)。带教前,两组护生综合能力评价表各方面(知识掌握、沟通技巧、临床思维以及知识转化)评分均无差异(P>0.05),带教后,研究组护生知识掌握、沟通技巧、临床思维以及知识转化评分均较对比组更高(P<0.05)。带教前,两组护生责任态度、应急能力、护理技术操作以及护理文书书写评分均无差异(P>0.05),带教后,研究组上述各方面评分均较对比组更高(P<0.05)。研究组护生对带教满意度较对比组高(P<0.05)。结论:情境体验教学在临床急重症护理带教中的运用效果与价值卓著,能够帮助护生更好学习与掌握护理知识、技巧,提高教学效果,同时情境体验教学也可以更加深化护生记忆,进一步巩固急救知识、护理技能掌握,有助提升护生综合能力、实习效果,且护生对带教满意度更高,故情境体验教学模式值得临床带教借鉴与应用。
Objective:To analyze the application value of situational experience teaching in clinical acute and critical care nursing teaching.Methods:68 nursing students who came to our hospital for practice from 2020.01 to 2021.12 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method—the comparison group(34 people,adopt the traditional teaching mode)and the research group(34 people,adopt the situational experience teaching mode).The results of discharge examinations,comprehensive ability of nursing students,internship effectiveness assessment results and satisfaction of nursing students'teaching were compared between the two groups.Results:The theoretical knowledge and skill operation scores of nursing students in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before teaching,there was no difference in the scores of the comprehensive ability evaluation form(knowledge mastery,communication skills,clinical thinking and knowledge transformation)between the two groups(P>0.05),clinical thinking and knowledge transformation scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before teaching,there was no difference in the scores of responsibility attitude,emergency response ability,nursing technical operation and nursing document writing between the two groups of nursing students(P>0.05).The nursing students in the research group were significantly more satisfied with their lead teaching than the comparison group at(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect and value of situational experience teaching in clinical acute and critical care nursing teaching are outstanding,which can help nursing students better learn and master nursing knowledge and skills,and improve the teaching effect.At the same time,situational experience teaching can also deepen the memory of nursing students.Further consolidating the first aid knowledge and mastering of nursing skills can help improve the comprehensive ability and practice effect of nursing students,and the nursing students are more satisfied with the teaching.Therefore,the situational experience teaching model is worthy of reference and application in clinical teaching.
